STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

If you have been personally injured by fault of another and you wish to file suit, your suit must be filed within a timely manner. This deadline is also referred to as the “statute of limitations.” If you file suit after the statute of limitations pass, you are barred (prevented) from recovering compensation for your injuries.

Texas statute of limitations for personal injury claims is 2 years from the date of the incident. Therefore, it’s very important to contact our office immediately so we can preserve your claim for injuries and potentially file suit within a timely manner.
