Although personal injury victims are primarily focused on their treatment and recovery time, they often wonder when and how they will get paid.

Here, at The Law Office of Jas Jordan, we do our best to ensure our clients are taken care of and receive the proper treatment as quickly and efficiently as possible. Although there are a lot of factors to consider when properly determining the “payout” timeframe, we believe the biggest factor is our client’s treatment process (assuming suit has not been filed).

Depending on the severity of one’s injuries, treatment can range from anywhere between a few weeks to years. Generally speaking, the longer the treatment, the higher the payout. However, this is not always the case as there is often pushback from the insurance companies regarding settlement negotiations. Regardless, each case presents its own unique issues and circumstances that must be independently considered to project one’s payout journey.
